Legendaren Julio var med och formade breakdance och electric boogie på New Yorks gator på 80-talet. Decennier senare har dansen och hip-hopen vunnit hela världen. Nu skapar Julio tillsammans med extrema b-boyen El Nino och popping-artisten Snap Boogie – två av USA:s främsta unga dansare – ett stort party för oss, när 2014 års succé, USA Breakdancers, är tillbaka på Stockholm Street Festival. Julio Santiago - A legend to many, who was influential in introducing the breakdance and electric boogie styles to the streets of New York in the 1980s. Decades later, hip-hop music and dance has undoubtedly attracted a worldwide following. Julio is in the process of mentoring two of America’s top young dancers, alongside extreme B-boy El Nino and popping-artist Snap Boogie. ‘It was a big party for us, when in 2014, American breakdancers were back on the scene at the Stockholm Street Festival’.
